Hi all,
First time poster.
I am in big trouble. Due to a clogged system I reformatted C: and then reinstalled all programs. However, no matter what I try, ActiveSync will not Sync. (It worked fine before I formatted C:):confused:
I am using ActiveSync 4.5 on my HP Ipaq RX 1950 Pocket PC. Using Windows XP.
ActiveSync starts OK and syncs files & notes but will not sync calendar or contacts. Comes up with the following error.
"ActiveSync encountered a problem on the Desktop. Support code : 85010014" (whatever that means)
I have tried both Activesync 4.2 and now 4.5. Both with the same outcome and error message.
Please help. I use my PocketPC as my diary and am lost without it.
