Orange Led Light won't go out

Hello,
Perhaps someone can help. The orange LED light won't go out even when my Clie 615c is fully charged. Battery is at 100% and 4.1 v and still the orange light. I recently installed and used Jack Flash and Jack Sprat. Is there a file that might control this that needed to remain in RAM vs. RAM?
Any thoughts are appreciated.

Hello Those Who Might Care,

During the process of elimination, I eliminated a small app called SyncNow. Since its removal, the charge function and light have been behaving properly. I hope this is it.
