Syncing with Outlook rather than Outlook Express

I've been using my NR70 for months without a problem, syncing with Outlook Express. Now, my company is considering a switch to using Outlook, and I'm wondering what I will have to do to enable use of Outlook and my Clie.

If I simply install Outlook over Outlook Express, will it import my old Outlook Express folders?

Will the standard syc software I have installed already recognize and work with Outlook instead automatically?
