Hx2410 Boot Issue

I recently got this PDA to use for inventory and and when I went to sync it tryied to install the software. Now when I power up it starts to boot and the progress bar get 3/4 accross and a screen pops up saying , Install cab and it never completes the boot process. How can I stop this? I tried a soft and hard reset but still pops up.

Also, when I power up by pushing the button at the right top corner, all I get is a white screen. Now if I push the reset it goes to the progress bar like I decribed above.
