computer programs on windows mobile?

hey guys, I am planning on buying a pda phone, but i wanted to know if I can put some of my programs i have on my computer into the palm treo's or the motorola Q. Someone told me since they use Windows mobile, its just like the windows on my computer, so i would be able to use some of my programs thats on my computer, on the pda phone. For example, I have a program called Tracker, which is what i use to run my Car dealership. It tells me my entire inventory and everything about what i have sold and what i have bought, from whom and to whom. I was wondering if i would be able to download that program from my computer to a pda phone that uses windows mobile. This would help me out a great deal.

No, you cannot run desktop Windows applications on Windows Mobile device. You will need to look for programs that were created specifically for WM devices.
