I recently purchased the iPAQ rx1950 and am pretty happy with it. I will be using it on the road a lot for inputting text, (word mobile). Can anyone recommend a keyboard to go with it. Weight, size and battery life are of prime importance.

One of the reasons I bought the 1950 was because of it's long battery life. That won't be of much use if I get a keyboard that has poor battery life or drains the 1950's battery. I will probably get a second battery and maybe even one of those 9V rechargers.

I'm aware of the foldup keyboards and the flexible keyboards. I thought flexible may be the way to go as they are smaller and lighter but there may be compatability problems.

Or maybe I'm better off without a keyboard altogether and just use the virtual keyboard or letter recogniser, seems a bit cumbersome though for inputting a lot of text. I'm open to suggestions.

Most external keyboard has its own power source (usually AAA batteries). Also many users reported that with some practices 3rd party soft input such as Fitaly can provide fairly high input rate.
