How do you convert MP3 to OGG??

To convert from mp3 to ogg format, you need a conversion program.
You can get one at:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com
It is a free conversion program - there are codecs on this site which are plug-ins to convert to various music file formats. There is one for the ogg vorbis format, along with others for Windows Media Player, Real Player, etc.
Once you have this installed, if you right-click on your mp3 file, you will get an option to convert it to ogg vorbis.
