Zire 72s wont power on,need new battery

I left my Zire 72s on a desk for a few weeks. Now when I plug it in, it appears it won't charge. It would get slightly warm when charging before. Now it stays cold, even after a full day plugged in.

I'm thinking of buying a new battery for it on eBay. Is there one kind that is better or one that is to stay away from? I once read a post of someone buying a 1100mah battery built in some kind of aluminum foil. The buyer wasn't too comfortable using this.

Fixed it. I opened it up using LegoDudes method. I cracked the plastic lens cover of the camera when I put it back together. I had shifted a bit when I pried it open. Thankfully, the crack is on the side and does not affect the image.

It turned out the ribbon cable from the camera to the board had disconnected. The battery was fully charged. Did a hotsync and most of my info is back. Bluetooth still works. I'm listening to music with my bluetooth headphones.
