Hi,

I've been a long time palm user and have just bought a HTC device in the UK (it's Vodafone badged - V1606), and I ownder if someone can help me with an activesync question.

I've synced outlook ok - and it has copied over the last few days of e-mails from my outlook in box.

Is there anyway of updating that inbox over the air, by logging into my webmail server and doing a send/receive that way?

at the moment I have set up a seperate e-mail account to do an over the air sync, but effective means I have 2 copies of my e-mail account - onvce which syncs through active sync to my pc, and one which syncs over the air with the same webmail account.

Hope this makes sense, but would be grateful for some help.

Regards,

Thanks, I've already set up an e-mail account as this link descibes (as a webmail account - under yahoo (rather than yahoo go (not avaialble in the UK) or connecting via explorer)), however what I'm trying to do is have the functionality where i can choose whether to sync that inbox over the air, or via active sync when I connect dirctly to my pc with a USB cable (something akin to the way versamail worked with my palm).
