I got it!:D :D :D
The way to connect is:
1. Go to "Settings". Then go to "Connections" and select the "Connections" icon.
2. On the first menu, select "Internet Settings" and tap "Modify".
3. Next, you should see a page displaying New...
4. Enter a name for the connection, for example NOKIA GPRS.
5. Select "Generic IrDA modem".
6. Set the Baud rate to "115200"
7. Next, key in the access number. Leave the "Country Code" and "Area Code" fields blank
8. Key in *99# in the "Phone Number" field and tap "Next".
9. Do not change anything. Just tap "Finish".
10. In "Connections", there are several key areas to watch out.
11. At "Location", select "Home".
12. At the "Country Code" and "Area Code" field, leave them blank.
13. Check "Disable call waiting.
14. Key in *99# in the dial field.
14. Tap "Dialing Patterns..." to go to the next stage of setting.
15. In "Dialing Patterns", key in "G" in all the 3 fields.
Now your pocket PC is ready to connect with your mobile phone via infrared dialup.

P.S Some service providers like mine, don't support IP header compression and software compression. So you need to uncheck it in the Advance section...
