IMATE SP3 windows 2003 and TOMTOM

Can anyone help me? I have a mobile phone IMATE SP3 with Microsoft windows 2003 and I've been trying all possible ways to install the famous TOMTOM navigation software but always get error message. Is there any way I can upgrade to windows mobile 5 or is the phone dying off if I can't install latest software??:(

Your phone is a MS Smartphone not a pocketpc so you will need TomTom Mobile not TomTom navigator.
