M505 died after reset!

Ive just got a second hand m505. I wanted to wipe the previous owners details so I did a hard reset. It asks me if I want to 'Erase all data? YES - up NO - any other button'. If I answer yes or no it goes back to the 'PALM POWERED' logo and thats it! Nothing work on it now. :mad:
Any ideas? PLEASE Ive only had it 2 hours :confused:
