PPC seems to be hibernating without my assent!!! :(

Hello, someone know why in any moment in a day, my ppc 6700 stops working correctly, just flash blue Bluetooth and phone signal, but, if someone is calling me I never can respond because my PPC seems to be hibernating, the power button doesn't work, nothing work in my device!!!, (just the flash signals)... I should do a soft reset in order my device work properly and accept calls, this happens one or more times a day, can somebody tell me what or where is the problem, and what I need to do to repair it?
...I hope not hard reset be necessary :(

Hard reset is probably an appropriate thing to do at this point, you can sync and backup your data to the desktop before doing hard reset.
