Microsoft NETframe question

Hi, I have a Tmobile MDA, when I tried to install some application, it won't run, the error message I have is "The microsoft NetFrame is not updated...." Can someone please tell me that does this mean and where I can download this application. Thank you

Another thing, is the MDA not stable? I have to soft reset my phone almost everyday, it always freezes on me, please advise.

AS for soft reset issue,
You can try this fake server trick for WM 5.0

If that does not help then how many 3rd party softwares are you using? It may be software conflict problem. You may want to backup and sync everything to the desktop and hard reset then reinstall software one at time to see if you can identify the problem.
