Tungsten E and Nokia 6021 via Infrared

When i try to connect this devices, my palm say "Connection to phone is ok but phone does not match settings.For best results use the driver for your phone."
Please help.
If this is a driver problem, please tell me where i can find it.

phonelink updater on your install disk. it should install to windows (mine doesn't for some reason), and from there download various drivers.
