I was in the process of replacing the battery in my Zire 71 ...when the little micro-switch (that activates when you slide to go to camera mode) came apart!!! Has anyone else had this issue ...and do you know how the switch goes back together? There's three pieces: the metal cover, the tiny spring, and the tiny black heart-shaped plastic piece. If someone could explain, describe, do a diagram or supply a photo of what the switch should look like before the cover goes back on ...that would be VERY helpful!! Thanks!!
