Pocket Outlook is not displaying messages

I have a Tmobile MDA. The pocket outlook is not displaying any text message, email messages. it shows the message is in my inbox but when I click to open the message, I get a blank page. I have soft reset the phone but the problem still exist. Please advise.

2) How to I store back out all the third party software to my PC so i can perform a hardset? Active Sync only backup emails, files but I don't see it back up programs or maybe I'm wrong?

1> You may have to hard reset it.
2> If you installed these programs through desktop activesync, they are already on your desktop. Just sync it after hard reset, create new partnership, goto add/remove programs on desktop activesync, you'll be able to reinstall all programs at once.

Thank you for the reply, but I don't have the programs in active sync how can I backup the programs to active sync?

How did you installed these programs to your pda?

I used a school's 3 hour labtop but after I installed all the programs, I uninstalled active sync from the labtop.

Then, you'll have 2 choices; either repeat the process to reinstall these programs or get 3rd party backup software such as Sprite Backup which will allow you to backup everything.
