I have somehow managed to rename my agenda file on my Psion 5 and in the process wipe all the entires. Can I restore them? How do I ensure that when I back up I don't tell the back up to wipe all the tnries too?
HELP!

Hello:) Good to see a fellow Psion user in this world, I hope there will be many more who come and register:)
Ok, you shouldnt have any trouble with your backing up info. I am assuming you have already backed it up and that you want to place it back into your 5mx, correct?
I would have a second back up/copy of your info just in case something else was to go wrong:) You never can be too careful you know.

I suspect that after renaming the original file, the Agenda application has opened a new blank file called "Agenda". Your original file should still be intact and you should be able to open it either by launching the renamed file directly or by navigating to the file from within the Agenda application.

I'm only a new user but I did something similar the other day with my Contacts. When I was synching with my PC I got a message saying something about missing files. Did I want to delete blah blah. Whatever you do don't say delete or you could end up with an empty folder like I did.
