I've had my ipaq for a few days, and had everything working properly with Activesync and everything, then I restarted my computer, and now it gives me a "The TCP/IP network transport is not installed" error message, and Activesync won't load.

Does anyone know what I can do? I can still connect to the internet, so I don't know why it says that....

You are connecting via a USB port, correct? You are syncing that way?

Right click on the Active Sync icon and make sure you have Allow USB connection with this Desktop Computer, and insure that the other 2 (for now) are not clicked (Allow serial cable and Allow network and RAS server connection both disabled).

Then try to Sync again.
