Keyboard Utility?

I do lots of proof reading in Word and Opera on my 7Book, and it would be so much easier if I could page down with one hand. Does anyone know of a utility that I could use to either temporarily reassign the Fn key (say to the right Shift) or lock Fn on like a Cap lock? Am I going about this the hard way? Is there some simpler solution to the problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

You might be able to do something with "Macro5", such as setting up a user defined keypress like [Fn-C] to perform the [Fn-Down Arrow] keypress, then it could be done with one hand.
