Zyre 72 faulty hotsinc

I have not been able to achieve a complete hotsync between my Zire72 and my MAC OSX power book. I must mention that this was possible in the past.

While attempting to perform a hotsync, either by cable of bluetooth, I get a final message that the sync completed with no problems. But when I go and check my contact list I notice that only the names between the letter A and H have successfully being synchronized.

Any thoughts????

I came to this forum hoping for answers to my question.

I have a Zire that I syncronized... but my pictures didn't do a thing! Is there some secret handshake that I need to give this device to get it to syncronize everything?

It wouldn't be so bad, but like the previous poster, the machine SAID everything went just fine.

What gives?

I have the extended warranty, but sheesh.... the hassles with using that make me think I just should have bought another product!:(
