Tungsten C TOTALLY DEAD

My "T-C" has TOTALLY DIED....The green light still shines on the top but when I try pushing the side ON button...Screen still is dark...Why?

You might try soft resetting the device. If that doesn't work, try a hard reset. If it still does not work, the device may have a defective LCD screen. In that case, you either need to contact a service center or purchase a new handheld. Currently, the TX is the only available Palm handheld with built-in WiFi.
