Is it possible to sync to 2 different computers? The computer I sync to most of the time is for work as it is going through a VPN connection and I need to be able to access my work email. I would like to be able to set sync to my home pc and search the web, use my network printer, etc. I just don't want to lose any of the setting I am currently using.
Any help would be appreciated!

I am also thinking of trying this for no other reason than to keep my contacts consistent from PC to PC and PDA.
I'll be looking for the answers here.

Active-Sync 3.5 will allow synchronization with 2 computers (and an unlimited number of "guest" connectitions). I currently sync my mail, calendar, tasks, favorites and some files on my work PC, and Favorites and AvantGo on my home PC. It works fine. I would not suggest trying to sync mail, cal and tasks on two PCs at the same time.

Is there any settings on the iPaq that I need to change or setup before doing this?

No. Just follow the instructions when installing Active-Sync on the second PC. You will be asked to select either a Guest or Standard relationship - select Standard. Then you should be asked whether you want to set up the relationship to one or two computers - select 2. That's it.
Just be careful about sync-ing the same data on both PCs.
