Hi,
I own an HTC P3600 (but I'm guessing this issue is not specific to the model). My touchscreen suddenly decided it doesn't want to work anymore. The buttons on the device still work, I can see that it responds, but unfortunately I can't get past the password screen as there's no way to enter the passkey using only the buttons!
I have had this problem before and found that if I removed the LCD protector that would fix it... unfortunately that didn't work this time.
How do I get out of this jam??
Failing that - does anybody know how I can change / remove the password using the PC (with ActiveSync, for example)? That way I'd at least be able to navigate through the buttons...
Please help me out, I need to save a lot of information that isn't quite syncing...
