I just bought a used 3630 series (3635) with CF sleeve yesterday, and was wondering if someone might help me figure out all the things i need to do to start downloading some music to this thing so i can take it to the gym, so i don't have to listen to all the muzak they play when the girls are in there!! ahhh!! many thanks in advance... and i love my new toy!! I just solved this yesterday. When you transfer your mp3 files to your flash memory card, create a My Documents directory on the flash memory card.

Copy all your mp3 files to this My Documents directory including any excel, word, avi, jpg, bmp, etc files you want. You can use subdirectories as needed but the parent directory must be My Documents.

Then, just open your file explorer and surf to the file you want to open. Double click on it and you are set.

Of course, you can create playlists, etc but this supposes you always have the same mp3 files on your flash memory card which is not true in my case.
