This might be a dumb question, but when is the next update coming out?

The v1.1.1 update was released about a week and a half ago and is a pretty major update that plugged some security holes and added access to iTunes wifi store. It has also created problems for folks who unlocked their phones to use on carriers other than AT&T as well as killed most independent third-party apps though usually without bricking the iPhone itself. There is really no schedule for these updates so you will need to watch the forums or the Apple site for announcements. Since the iPhone will be officially released in Europe next month, you might look for an update in December or January, but that is just a guess.

I updated my iphone and the minor thing is that it lets you adjust your home screen. Best of all it lets us unlock the power of the maps section. I will find a nearby tower to let you know about where you are. Not as good as an Ique 3600, but with the phone ability, it really rocks.

As for iPhone 4.0, it might actually be the best reason NOT to jailbreak as it might offer just about everything you needed from a Jailbreak anyway.

I cant wait for the Tablet news though
