I have an SL10 and am running Widows XP on my PC. I cant seem to load my documents onto my clie. I keep getting errors saying like "It cannot recognize rtf text so it wont allow me to load it. Has any one experienced this. And is there a fix for it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Yes I am running the deskyop software for Docs to Go that came with my Clie software. It still wont recognize the word files.

docs to go supports rich text format (rtf)? i never knew. i'll have to try it. i've always converted my documents in word to doc format before putting them on my s360.

I always store my word files as .doc and have never had any problems syncing them to my handheld.

Your word documents would have to be saved as word documents and automatically get a DOC extension. That it is complaining about RTF indicates you are saving your word documents as generic Rich Text format. It isn't just the name it is the actual format that counts.

RTF is listed as a supported file type on my version.

It is different then on the Premium version, as RTF is also listed on my 5.0 Prem.

Thanks

Well I guess that explains it. The SL10 comes with Standard Edition.
