HAVING PROBLEMS SYNC CONNECT THROUGH CRADLE BUT NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE, CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS? :confused:

I would look in the manual or try to reload the software.

After some update from Microsoft, after a fresh start up, I have had to uninstall my serial port, then allow the system to 'find' it and reinstall it. This allows my cradle to work until I have to reboot my computer again.
