Setting up app short-cuts on Nokia S60

You know the list of application short-cuts that runs along the top of the front (Today) screen on S60, the one that usually gives quick access to the messaging, diary and other apps. How do you change which apps appear on it, and the order they're in?

I'm sure I managed to do it once on my N70, but can't for the life of me remember how. And my E61 doesn't give me ANY clues on how to do it!

I would say look in the setup area. There should be some display options in there where you can add and take away items.

Ah-ha, I found it!! Tools > Settings > Phone > Standby mode > Active standby apps.

I *knew* it was somewhere bloody obscure... LOL!
