I have tried installing th new updated drivers from Sony on my newly installed XP oeprating system to no avail.
Steps I have taken
1.Hard Reset of the PEG-300 device
2.Cradle Unplugged
3. Installed the Udated installation software from Sony including
USBSwitcher
4. Plugged in Cradle
As soon as I plug in the cradle into the USB port, it says that there was a problem installing the hardware.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
