Anyone know how to transfer data files from a series 5 to an IPAQ?

Assume you mean Data as in the application, rather than datafiles in general.
File.. More.. Export to Text File.
IR the resulting file to iPaq (or via PC if u can't get IR to work).
Import the text file into whatever database you're using on iPaq.
