What is "Auto Run"?

Hi all.

When I navigate to the 'Setting' screen, there is a flying red letter "I" entitled 'Auto run'.

When I click on it it give my the opportunity to 'enable ' or 'disable'. At present I have 'disable' ticked.

What is it's purpose, more to the point, what does this program do? :confused:

That will allow you to start programs such as installation automatically when you plug in memory card.

Thanks AnswerDude, I will keep that in mind the next time I look like having to install something from a memory card. As yet, I have not installed anything from a Memory Card, but there is always a first time.
