Hi I desperately need help. I have a notebook and a desktop, both running XP Pro SP2, my Ipaq one morning stopped working and whenever I plug the usb cable into the machine, it says that it does not recognise the driver or my usb device has malfunctioned.
How do I proceed, has the phone packed up? I desperately tried locating a driver but I cannot find where I can download one. My phone is charging through the usb so the connection cannot be damaged. My Ipaq passes all its diagnostic tests as well.
I would upgrade but I cannot get an activesync connection (for obvious reasons) so that is out of the question. Please help! I am at my wits end.
