Need WiFi Help!

I got an iPaq 4700 for Christmas and I have tried EVERYTHING to get the WiFi to work with my home computer (with router). I have a laptop that works just fine...but I cannot seem to get this Pocket PC to work. To set up a network connection, it asks me for a phone number - I don't know what to input since it's wireless (no phone number).

I've been on every help site, to no avail. PLEASE HELP!!!

In Networks setting check if you choose "My Work Network" along with "This network connects to the Internet". And select "Work" for Network Card.

Yes, I have it set to My Work Network & I've looked at the Web site you provided - still no connection. It wants a phone number to set up the connection.

May sound a silly question, but are you setting the Network Adapter to "HP iPAQ WiFi Wireless Adapter"?
The only thing that asked me for a phone number is the Bluetooth adaptor (Bluetooth PAN User Adapter).
The way I had my iPaq connect to my router was to take away all the security (firewall etc), then connect with the iPaq, before restarting the security on the router. It may not be an orthodox way to do it but it worked for me.

I did the same thing and it worked (finally)...had to disable the security.
