change hotsync configuration

hi.

i currently have my clie set up to hotsync with the palm desktop software, but i want to change it to sync with outlook for my date book, address book, memo pad. (i don't want to sync my email.) i cannot figure out how to do this -- i tried reinstalling the palm desktop software and i still couldn't find the option to change it. do i have to reinstall my "user"?
