ok, here's my deal:
i've had an ipaq 3950 for roughly 3 months now. it worked great for the first couple months, but now it likes to turn itself on all the time, randomly open up programs, not let me click on my start menu (blinks on then blinks back off, then sometimes opens up calendar or contacts or something else). so yeah, it's generally acting pretty psycho. i'm pretty sure this is draining my battery when i'm not using it too.
any clues as to what's going on or how to fix it? thanks in advance for any help.
