Hi,

Thinking of getting one of these to replace my 4700, has anyone got any thoughts on this new PDA?

The screen seems a little brighter. The processor is much faster. The extra memory is nice. Is worth it, if you like to browse the internet.

Hi,

Yes got one now and like it. Had to download the latest version of Pocket Informant 8 as it was such a good addition to the 4700. I have noticed they have removed the graphic equeliser from the audio settings...

I have the 210 and I am loving it. Like noted before, the screen is brighter, and it does seem a touch faster and the extra memory is nice :)

Only downside (I had the 4700 before) is that the screen does need a firmer touch. Other then that, I love it.

I bought the 214, but some programs cannot handle the VGA screen. The text displays so large, it becomes unreadible or looks like you are looking through your granny's magnifying glass. One vendor immediately offered a free downloadable upgrade, but SA Birding just said sorry. Do anyone have a solution to this?
