Transferring Casio Info

I am fairly new to all this. I have managed to get my old Casio contacts from my old XP machine on to an Open Office Spreadsheet file (.ods) on my Vista Desktop. I have also loaded the Palm Z22 software. How can I transfer contacts list to my Z22 contacts file? I have tried a few things, but I get no response. Allan

See if you can import the spreadsheet into Palm Desktop... I don't know if Palm Desktop will recognize an .ods file, though.

(Maybe you can import the .ods file into Outlook? That's purely a guess, as I've never used Outlook.)
