Getting rid of unwanted data fomr the memory of the PDA 650 Treo

Ok, what is junk and what is necessary to run the 650 and the third party stuff. The memory is getting full with the various bit of named data (when you look at what is there). What can go? We can do this for a computer, why not for a PDA.
