ipaq trouble

i have an ipaq3650 that wont go past the ipaq pocketpc screen. it has been that way since a friend tried to upgrade the rom while i was gone one weekend . i have tried the soft reset and a hard reset and it does not go past the ipaq screen i have also tried the reset while holding the nav button down and all i get is a pic of a bird. is there any way to fix it

Perhaps the upgrade did not completely finish. Try connect it to the desktop and rerun the upgrade again. Make sure iPAQ and desktop or laptop are plugged in to power adapter and do not use power saver or suspend mode on the laptop.

i have tried that and the computer does not find it.is there a way i could doe it with a cf card ?

hey AD that link totaly worked .it fix the problem now i have my ipaq working and connecting to my computer again
