Hello,

Can anyone tell me how to download SMS from the Ericsson r380s Smartphone to PC?

Ericsson Communications Suite sync only e-mail to Outlook!

Don't know if it will talk to the R380, but have a look at Intellisync from Pumatech (http://www.pumatech.com).

I tryed to download intellisync, but it doesn't work with Ericsson Communication Suite!

Other ideas are wellcome!!

yes, sorry, I was under the misapprehension that Intellisync was a complete application - its actually a plug-in for EPOCConnect/Psiwin, the connectivity software for Psion PDAs.

No other ideas for PC software I'm afraid - don't suppose you have a Psion PDA you'd like to copy the SMS to? I know how to do this...

Hi,
Go to sonnyericsson webpage and download synchronization sofware for DRS-11 cable which includes SMS manager. That should work.
I'd like to ask you a favour as well. I own a R380 as well but I don't have the original R380 Communications Suite (as I lost the ericsson CD. I contacted Ericsson but they don't have it anymore) I suppose that you have it. Would you be so kind and put it for me on the web somewhere or make a CD for me (for which I would pay of course).
