Hard Reset With a Broken Power Button

I have a Tungsten E that has a broken power button. I need to do a hard reset. How can I do that. It does work with a warm reset, so if I need to load software, I can do that. Also, if need be, I can open up the Palm (though I would prefer not to have to unsolder the battery if can avoid doing that).
