HP 4700 and Mobil5 no sync

hp4700 will not sync with outlook 2003. I re installed Active Sync 4.5 it did not work. It does sync with "Tasks"
However it syncs ok with Vista

I think i need to download acitve sync for my 4700. where can i get that.
or if you have any other suggestions it is appreciated

There is no activesync download for the iPAQ, only desktop version. You're already using the latest version of activesync.
Are you seeing any error messages? Perhaps you need to repair you desktop Outlook.
