I just got my HTC 710S back from repairs. I have since in vain tried to rebuild it to former status by syncronizing it. Active Sync however insists to give it a new name and cannot recognize it under its former name.
I have tried the manual and sought information on line; but I have not found a solution, which will let me assign the old name to the device. This is rather bad, as I had several independant programs on the device before breakdown (E-wallet, Isilo etc.).
Can anybody either give me a detailled description on how to name the device (under Windows Mobile 6.0), or give me a link to a site, where this is described?
