Well in addition to my other thread I have another issue and have found this fourm quite helpful. I'd like to get this thing connected wirelessly to my home network but was just told by a support rep in a chat window that it doesn't support wireless at all and that theres no product I could buy to get it wireless but when I view this page http://h18000.www1.hp.com/products/quickspecs/11346_na/11346_na.HTML
It says that it supports SDIO so why can't I slap a wireless SDIO in there?

Also it seems I can't edit but literaly this rep just told me the only way to connect this thing right to the internet is bluetooth and I'd like a little more then 30 meters or whatever it is.

That SD slot only supports memory card. You can however get an expansion sleeve either for CF or PCMCIA card and that will let you use CF pr PCMCIA wifi card. You will need to find card that has driver for your OS.

They maybe a little hard to find.

Scratch that thats a yes. Does the sleave take care of the drivers of am I going to doing a lot of manual configuring to get the PCMICA card to work in it?

Again never mind. Haha Helps to look yourself before you ask others for help. Found the drivers needed on the Compaq site my only question now is will the wireless card I already have work or do I have to buy the compaq one?

If Linksys PCMCIA 802.11G card is 32 bits Cardbus card, then it will not work. You will need regular 16 bits PCMCIA. This may give you more information
