Hi everybody...
I work for a large government agency and we are currently using 950 and 957 Blackberries (cingular). My latest project has been to find the next generation of devices for our users. I'm obviously looking at 6710 and 6510 Blackberry devices, but my boss also wants me to explore some non-blackberry alternatives. Our basic requirements are for an enterprise level system supporting two way email. We need to meet the DOD security standards and forwarding mail from exchange to another account is not an option. We have to have the direct tie in like we get with the blackberry. Also, desktop redirection (or whatever the other comapnies call it) is not an option, it has to be done at the server level.
I'm most interested in hearing what you have to say about Pocket PC solutions from Nextel and AT&T as well as T-Mobiles sidekick. Thanks in advance for whatever info the community can provide me.
