Acorn Pocket Book / Psion 3 Calendar?

Hello,

I am a complete novice and have just bought my first pda, a 2nd hand Acorn pocket book, which to the un-trained eye (and the label on the bottom) seems to be a badged Psion 3.

Can anyone tell me if there is a calander or agenda on here, and if not where I can get one to lad on or plug in.

The Acorn Pocket Book you have is indeed a rebadged Psion S3 machine - these were, I believe, generally aimed at the educational market and for some reason Agenda (and OPL) were not included in the ROM. As far as I know, these apps were later released on SSD, so if you could track down one of those that would be the best solution - might be pretty difficult to find though. It's the sort of thing that crops up on eBay from time to time, but I'm afraid I wouldn't hold my breath!

I can't see anything specifically listed about this, but they do deal in all kinds of second-user Psion stuff, so it's the kind of thing that might come their way. Hope you have some luck.

I haven't heard of a third party application that provides Agenda/Calendar facilities, but it's possible there could be something - I'll do a bit of investigation. Anyone else have any bright ideas?
