I have a palm treo 800w and i want to put a wallpaper behind the today screen but everytime i do the picture isn't full there, it's cut off and instead of stretch it's in tile mode so i can see part of the same picture next to it and it looks awful. Im running windows mobile 6.1, is there any free app for windows mobile i need or something for windows i can use to resize pictures or what?
