IPAQ to factory default?

Hi all.

Is there a way to reset my iPaq to the factory default settings (ie remove all programs I may have installed and leave just WinCE etc. on)?

PDA is an iPaq 3970

The iPAQ can be HARD reset by pressing the tiny recessed button on the bottom of the unit while simultaneously pressing the two outer shortcut buttons on the front of the unit. Hold all three while the screen fades and then turn the unit back on. The iPAQ will now be as it was when it left the factory and you can start fresh.
