how do you save images to your phone off Internet Explorer Mobile?

On some models, you may be able to tap AND hold on the image and you will see an option to Save.
Or you can browse in the temporary internet folder and search for the images.
Or you can use 3rd party commercial software such as Spb Pocket Plus.
